Serving in the mortgage and real estate industry since 1997, David Braun understands what it takes to get tough deals done. David has worked on countless transactions in his 25 years of experience. He is licensed to serve clients in California and Colorado.
Becoming a mortgage broker has been a very rewarding and satisfying career. It allows David to use his love of math and numbers on a daily basis. In addition, it provides flexibility to spend time with his wife of 20 years and their three boys. David enjoys the outdoors and all sports, but spends most of his time playing and coaching ice hockey.
Turning clients into life long friends and advocates has always been his goal. David believes in educating clients with the best options available so they can make the best decision for their family. As a seasoned problem solver, David provides constant communication throughout the entire process.
